Memorial Day Weekend Camping and Canoe Trip

Long weekends are great opportunities for Sokol Washington members and friends to get together for outdoor sports and socializing fun.  While there are several such opportunities annually, typically we have marked one holiday weekend during the summer for a special family event.  At one point it was 4th of July at the Beach; later, it was Labor Day Weekend at Chincoteague Island; and, more recently, it has been Memorial Day Weekend Camping and Canoe Trips on the Southern Branch of the Potomac River in the Monongahela National Forest.
